We at Suntannd, are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

We have a no refund policy, all the returns are processed as store credits only. And, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products are only eligible for returns if there's a sizing/fit issue or the product is damaged. 
• Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions are non-returnable.

Process for Returns

1. Contact Customer Care:
   • Call us at 8000019331 or email us at suntannd@gmail.com to initiate the return process within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
2. Return Approval:
   • Once approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
3. Ship the Product:
   • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit and ship it to:
     A-27, Janta Colony, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur - 302004

Refunds

• We do not offer any refunds on orders unless the product received is in the damaged condition. 
• Refunds will be issued as store credits which will be applicable for 6 months. 
• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.

Exchanges

• Please note that the shipping of the exchanged products depends on the availability of the requested size. In case the size is not available, the money will be refunded back to you in the form of online credit. The return offer is only valid on products purchased on full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• Retain the shipping receipt for reference until your return is processed.
